  PREVIEW 



  STEP 1
  • Create new image 400 x 400 (or the size of background you want but make sure is the square size, you can crop it after finish) then fill it with pink color #ff8080


  STEP 2
  • Create new layer named Line -> make a selection and fill with #37979e
  • ctrl + D -> ctrl + C -> ctrl + E -> now move the new line the distance just 1 pixel between other line -> left mouse click to add that line directly to your current selecting layer which is layer Line -> ctrl + D
  • Just keep using the combo ctrl + C, ctrl + E... until you have all the line cover the image. Make sure the distance between is only 1 pixel otherwise it will ruin it

  • Right click on the layer Line -> Duplicate -> named Line2 -> ctrl + R to rotate direction_left degrees_90 AllLayersOption_uncheck and also uncheck the option CanvasCenter ... somthing... 
  • After that, right click on layer Line2 -> Merge -> Merge down


  STEP 3
  • Create new layer named Dot -> fill with Linear Gradient Rainbow P... 


  •  Choose selection tool -> choose layer Line ->ctrl + A -> left mouse click at the picture -> ctrl + shift + F -> choose layer Dot -> press Delete
  •  Choose layer Line -> right click -> Delete


  STEP 4
  • Create new layer at top of layer list then name it AddColor -> fill with Radial Rainbow P...

  • Still choosing layer AddColor -> change style to Soft Light



  CONGRATULATION !
  • Tip: you can create a larger background size than you need, then just crop the area that you like the most
