  STEP 1
  • Start a new image with white background 500 x 500 (ctrl + N)

  STEP 2
  • Choose Linear Gradient Background Foreground (fg_#cd090d bg_#fda3a5 ) 
  • Create new layer named Gradient1 -> press F and fill gradient color above

  STEP 3
  • At the gradient setting, check the invert box -> use fill tool to fill the layer Gradient1 (just click a lot of times to create many lines)
  • At the topmenu choose Adjust -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur radius_3

  STEP 4
  • Right click on the layer Gradient1 -> Duplicate -> ctrl + M -> named Gradient2
  • Change opacity layer Gradient2 to 40

  CONGRATULATION !
