PREVIEW 
STEP 1- Start a new image with white background 500 x 500 (ctrl + N)
STEP 2- Choose Linear Gradient Background Foreground (fg_#cd090d bg_#fda3a5 )
- Create new layer named Gradient1 -> press F and fill gradient color above
STEP 3- At the gradient setting, check the invert box -> use fill tool to fill the layer Gradient1 (just click a lot of times to create many lines)
- At the topmenu choose Adjust -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur radius_3
STEP 4- Right click on the layer Gradient1 -> Duplicate -> ctrl + M -> named Gradient2
- Change opacity layer Gradient2 to 40
