PREVIEW 
STEP 1- Create new image 500 x 400 (or the size of pattern you want) named Pattern
STEP 2- Choose Linear Gradient Electric Blues angel_0 repeats_0 invert_uncheck -> fill the image
STEP 3- At the topmenu - choose Effects -> Texture effects -> Soft Plastic blur_100 detail_19 dentisy_4 angel_20 color_white
STEP 4- At the leftmenu choose Mesh Warp tool horizontal_2 vertical_2 (it is in the Warp Brush category)
STEP 5- Change the point like below
- Then press the V icon at the topmenu
- Well just select different tool like press S -> now you will see your picture without the grid. You can playing around with the Mesh Warp tool and color to have different pattern.
