STEP 1- Save this image and open it in Paint Shop Pro -> named OriPic
STEP 2- Right click on the layer OriPic -> Duplicate -> named BoldPic
STEP 3- Change layer BoldPic setting to Multiply
STEP 4- Set opacity layer BoldPic to 42 (you can play around until you have the result you want)
